Dean Guitar setup review

Since buying my 7 string Dean RC7-X I have wanted to get it set up professionally by someone that knows what they are doing. I moved to Port Lincoln two and a half years ago and at that time was not satisfied with the guitar tech options.
One afternoon at a barbeque I got chatting to a guy who mentioned a new music shop named Soundcity had opened up on the foreshore. This tweaked my curiosity so the next day I made my way down to the shop. I was greeted by the store owner and got chatting about my 7 string. Straight away I could tell that this guy new what he was talking about and had experience dealing with a locking tremolo. My first impressions of the owner Mike were really good. He seemed like a genuine, down to earth guy that knew a lot about guitars & musical equipment. He made me feel really confident that he was the guy for the job.
About a week later I took my guitar in for Mike to work his magic and that he did. This wasn’t a standard job, there were a few problems that I wasn’t sure we could work around but Mike found a way. I’ll never forget the afternoon that I got my guitar home from Soundcity and plugged it in. It was like a new instrument and it far exceeded my expectations. I couldn’t be happier with the work that Mike had done.
Im stoked that there is a guitar tech in town that knows what he’s doing.
Thanks Mike, legendary work!

Cheers
